Only Members of the Tamilnadu Cricket Association CLUB ( TNCA) who have been admitted as per the TNCA rules and regulations and whose membership numbers have been registered on this website are allowed to use the facilities provided like Address Change, View My Bill, Room Booking , Smart Card, My Profile. The TNCA is responsible for the contents displayed on this Website including posts and images.
We will hold and host details of members of TNCA. Members can request change in their details after logging in using their login credentials. Please let us know if the personal information which we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated.

If there are any duplicate transactions / payments done by the Members, the extra payment can be adjusted in next month bill or on request with valid documents refund may be done in next 15 workings days by the Tamilnadu Cricket Association CLUB .
Amount on the member bill is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or product information received from our backend services may vary. The " Tamilnadu Cricket Association CLUB" will try to be accurate, however if you come across any difference in amounts on the the Tamilnadu Cricket Association CLUB's Website pre and post payment, we request you to contact us within 72 (Seventy Two) hours of having made your payment. The "Tamilnadu Cricket Association CLUB" shall then refund the difference amount within 10-15 business days of intimation. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of payment. For Bills paid by Cash / Cheque the refunds will be done by Cheque. If the "Tamilnadu Cricket Association CLUB" comes across any such difference in amounts, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the payments.
For Monthly Bills, Once a payment has been made online, Member will not be able to cancel it. For Refund and other issues, Members have to contact the " Tamilnadu Cricket Association CLUB" and settlements will be made based on By-laws published by the " Tamilnadu Cricket Association CLUB".
All Refund and Cancellation settlements will be made by the "Tamilnadu Cricket Association CLUB" based on the By-laws of the Tamilnadu Cricket Association CLUB.
